Tips

The shortcuts that save time

Measuring on the plan

Wheel zoom · Drag move around · Double-click or Enter finish · Backspace remove the last point · Esc cancel

Straight angles

Hold Shift while drawing: the line follows 45° angles.

Undo, redo

Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y: measurements, items, scales and sheet names.

Snapping

The magnet button in the toolbar snaps your points to the ends and crossings of the plan's lines.

The tape

Measure a distance without saving anything: the “Tape” tool, then Esc to clear it.

Holes in an area

Pick an area, then “Subtract a hole”: stairs, skylight, opening.

Measure only once

An item can reuse another item's measurements: drywall, insulation and paint follow the walls.

Versions and addenda

One version per addendum (V1, V2…) in Plans & takeoff and the Estimate, and a comparison between two versions.

Price bank

The bookmark on an estimate line keeps its prices for your next projects.

Tablet and phone

Pinch to zoom, double-tap to finish a measurement, long-press to move a schedule bar.

Your team

My profile › Team › “Create the invitation”: the person gets an email and joins your company.

Install KOR

My profile › “Install KOR on this device”: an icon like an app, even without Internet.
