Flooring calculator
Floating floor, hardwood, tile or vinyl: the area to buy with waste, the number of boxes, the underlayment and the baseboards.
How it's calculated
- Flooring and underlayment = floor area, + waste.
- Boxes = flooring ÷ coverage of one box, rounded up.
- Baseboards = room perimeter, + waste. Pieces = baseboards ÷ length of one piece, rounded up.
Measure once. The rest follows.
In KOR, this calculation happens on its own from your plans: trace each room on the plan, and the area, waste and prices follow into the estimate.
